What to expect
We answer support email within 3 business days, and usually much sooner. Privacy requests — a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion — are answered within 30 days, as the law requires, though they rarely take that long.
If a report names your business and you want it taken down, write to support@markoura.com. You do not need an account with us, and we will not ask you to create one.
